Trade Database sells digital trade-data products (Bill of Lading, customs and trade-statistics datasets and reports). These are delivered electronically — there is no physical shipment in the normal course, so no shipping charges apply.

1. How your order is delivered

After your payment is confirmed, your data file is delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout — as a file attachment or a secure download link (clean Excel / CSV). No physical goods are shipped unless you specifically request delivery on physical media (see section 4).

2. Delivery timeline

Ready datasets: delivered promptly after payment is confirmed — typically within a few minutes and in any case normally within 24 hours (business days).
Custom extracts & analysis reports: prepared to order. A delivery estimate is confirmed with you by email when your requirements are finalised, usually within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times are estimates. If a delay is expected (for example, additional payment verification), we will notify you by email.

3. Delivery charges

Electronic delivery is free worldwide. The price shown for each product is the total for the data. There are no separate shipping or handling fees for electronic delivery.

4. Physical media (on request)

If you specifically request delivery on physical media (for example, on CD/DVD by courier), we will confirm any applicable courier cost and estimated transit time before dispatch. Physical delivery is optional and is only arranged when expressly requested and agreed.

5. International delivery

Because delivery is electronic, we deliver to customers worldwide with no geographic restriction and no import duties or customs charges on the delivered files.

6. Didn't receive your file?

If you have not received your data within the timeline above, first check your spam/junk folder, then contact us at query@tradedatabase.net with your order details and we will re-send your file at no charge. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how non-delivery is handled.
