What is Bill of Lading data?
A bill of lading is the transport document issued for every ocean shipment. Aggregated across billions of shipments, Bill of Lading (BL) data becomes a searchable record of who is shipping what, to whom, and in what volume. It is the fastest way to find real suppliers, identify active buyers, track competitors' cargo and size a market with evidence rather than guesswork.
What each record contains
- Shipper & consignee — company name, address, phone and email for both trading parties.
- Product detail — goods description and HS code.
- Logistics — ports of loading and discharge, vessel, voyage and container numbers.
- Volume & date — weight, TEU/FEU and the shipment date.
